Tova Haus Dark Blue
Classic ankle-high slipper with leather sole, and a long and proud historyÊÊ
The house slipper is a wool slipper with an ankle-high shaft, felted in 100% merino wool. It is spacious, with good width, but sits well on the foot. The front split can be adjusted with a metal buckle that has several positions.
This is a warm and comfortable woolen slipper, which keeps the foot pleasantly warm and dry. The inside of the slipper is so soft that you can walk barefoot in it. Built into the slipper is an extra sole made of wool along the entire length of the foot. If you want additional comfort, or want to adjust the size by half a size, you can add an extra TOVA wool sole. The sole is made of suede from cattle and has a solid leather edge in dark leather.Ê
Haus is a felt slipper with a long and proud history - all the way back to Oster¿y in the middle of the 19th century. Here, the felting of felt slippers provided important food for the farms. The slipper is now produced in Mongolia, in accordance with the old production techniques, as we have received them from Askeland Gard in the village of Haus. Hence the name House slipper. The slipper has retained its original character and is an icon of Norwegian textile history.
This is a slipper for those who want a classic quality slipper in wool and who also value good Norwegian design.
