Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in a resaleable condition.

  Ship to Devold

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
